Meet Updates: Generally dual meets start at 6pm. When we swim at home we have the first warm-up session. Swimmers typically arrive in the 4:00 hour. When we swim away we have the second warm-up session. Swimmers and families typically arrive in the 5:00 hour. These are approximate times. Exact times are sent in an email after meet directors have agreed on schedules.
